premierprint UK is East Anglia’s fastest print supplier
Through our trusted hosting partners, 52degrees, whom got the contract to redesign and redevelop the existing premierprint UK website, they passed on the project to us.
The original premierprint UK website was split into three separate sites, the main site which simply advertised the premierprint UK business and then promoted the banner and pop up stand services that they also offer. The original websites weren’t responsive nor interactive and so the business never got any work through it apart from users being able to know who they are and what they can do and offer.
Designing the overall look of the new website to be more cleaner, easier to use and incorporating all the elements of the business services, we also incorporated a fully integrated ecommerce functionality which allows end users to now order their print online via the website. This means that the business can now make and realise the investment into the website as orders come through and also promote themselves to a nationwide audience. Naturally the website is now fully responsive meaning a greater improved user experience across mobile devices as well as being seen more favourable through the google algorithm
As the original website wasn’t an ecommerce site we had to create all the products manually before launch, allowing for products such as the business cards to have multiple variations to choose from and the system to then calculate the prices. The end user can also upload their PDF files for printing which is then emailed to the client.
We also introduced into the design where the pop up banners are advertised, a pop up banner! So when you hover over the graphic, a pop up banner vertically raises to reveal the price and info for the pop up banners available. We like to introduce some animation to the sites we do where we can as this adds some interest to the design.
It’s been a long road to create the new website and get it live but we are really pleased with the result.
