“Luxury Water Retreats in Norfolk.”

In November 2021, Kimberley Morrison came to us with the business plan for Wensum Water Retreats where they were about to completely renovate the Wensum Retreats holiday let and wanted to then have a brand and website to promote the luxury retreat in Norfolk.

We created the brand for the new business, where they wanted to keep it within the styling of their established business of Wensum Pools Ltd, which we also did!

With the brand signed off, unfortunately we lost out on the website proposal as Kim had made the business decision to go with another company who had a holiday let website on their portfolio that she liked.

Jumping forward to April this year and after the initial Wensum Water Retreats website had been launched by another company, in less than a month of being live, Kim got in touch and asked us to help her as she was not happy with the finished website nor the service that she was getting. We agreed to start again completely where we would work as we normally do keeping the client up to date as the site gets built on our dev server and the follow on service we provide.

We got cracking and after the Wensum Retreats holiday let was launched officially as finished and ready for bookings on the 6th July, we now have the new website done, dusted and live.

On the 6th of July 2022, visualise were invited to the Open Evening where we got to experience all the amazing work that Kim, Ben, Andrea & Syd have put into this amazing retreat and meet all the other contractors and tradespeople involved in the project. The new Wensum Retreats now features an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor covered dining area with fire pit and BBQ, games room with pool table, bar and music and sleeps 12. Truly a stunning place to stay for a holiday.

It was an absolute pleasure to work on this project and even more of a pleasure when we receive an amazing testimonial from the client…

“Jim and the team at Visualise do exactly what they say on the tin ‘you visualise it.. they create it!’ plus more.. it is the communication Jim offers which is above and beyond. It has been quite the journey with Wensum Water Retreats, we have ventured off to another website builder because we found a similarly functioning site that we wanted to create. However the relationship process lacked the key component for us, communication! I was soon back to Jim and the team and the site was built in the most relaxed and productive manor with expertise and precision to all the ‘behind the scenes’ work that is so important to build a successful website in 2022. Thank you Jim and the team for helping my pregnancy anxiety levels not bubble over!”

If you’d like your business to have the Visualise treatment, all you have to do is get in touch!
