Kirby’s Auto Centre in Norwich is committed to ensuring that your car/van gets the best possible service and treatment for the best possible price.

After creating their last THREE websites for them, and with the business recently investing and achieving membership for being a carbon neutral garage, Kirby’s Auto Centre approached us to reflect and promote the new way forward.

What We Did…

We updated the current brand to reflect the green ethos of the business and created a new design that complimented the green theme. Employing the services of local copywriter, Suzi Writes Copy, meant that we could focus on the design and development and strip in the new copy when it was ready.

Utilising the existing structure, the new website was designed and developed to reflect the green revolution and effectively relaunch the business to a new audience. With climate change being front and centre of every topic, the business changed much of it’s practice to adhere to new regulations and business practices to then allow them to achieve many more awards and memberships.

A big feature of the new website is the ‘green’ section where the business promotes how other businesses can save money on their energy costs. These ideas and solutions have been widely welcomed and in the news and even up for debate in parliament.

To bring increased functionality to the site we introduced an online MOT booking calendar where viewers can request a time slot for their car MOT and Kirby’s Auto Centre will be notified of the request via email where they can then reply with a confirmation or an alternative date.

As well as the MOT booking calendar, we also introduced a feature that allows the end user to submit their MOT renewal date, where Kirby’s Auto Centre will then email them in advance of notification for them to book their vehicle in.
