Quality Kiln Dried Logs

Following a referral from a previous client of ours, Billy Fryett sent us an enquiry through our Visualise Creative website for a quote on his new business start up.

We met Billy and his partner Beth at our studio and discussed the upcoming project. Billy didn’t have a name for the business so asked us to come up with one. After doing some research and submitting various names we nailed the business name as ‘ALL FIRED UP’.

Next came the brand creation where we went through our usual process of submitting an initial 10 concepts. Working from Billy’s feedback we then went through several more submissions before we finally agreed on a solution.

With the brand creation in place we then designed some business cards for Billy. Four colour both sides and promoting the brand on the front and the ALL FIRED UP contact details on the back. We then got 1,000 printed for him via Expert Print Management.

Brand creation and business cards done the team then started the design of the website. Keeping with the theme of the kiln dried logs we created the social media icons, the footer and header images around wood. We came away from a static logo and we designed and replaced it with a funky animated flame and we carried that on by making up a fireplace for the main image on the front page. With less than 20secs to capture a viewer’s interest when they first hit the site, the animated fireplace certainly does that! The front page design was built around promoting the business and also the online shopping cart.

Further functionality we built into the site is a fully integrated shopping cart that we split into two sections. Free delivery within a 20-mile radius of the yard and a nationwide delivery area. When a customer orders a product the geolocation works out your location at the checkout and applies the relevant shipping cost.

This has been another enjoyable project for the Visualise Creative team to work on and we are proud of the finished work.
