‘UK expert for virtual reception for private healthcare clinics’
After meeting Wendy Norman, the owner of LiveLink at a local networking in Norwich, we arranged a meeting at their Norwich based office about creating a new brand and fully responsive website.
Taking inspiration from the the office layout and Wendy’s upbeat and bubbly personality we set about creating the new brand for LiveLink. Incorporating the colour used predominantly within the office, of red, the office mascot called “Belle’ the parrot and also the clientele that LiveLink are aiming to work with, the logo came together and reached the final solution you can see today.
Once the brand was signed off, we started work on creating the bespoke fully responsive website. One of the ideas we discussed in the initial meeting with Wendy was to run a promotional competition once the site is launched. We suggested that a competition where end users submit how many ‘parrots’ they can find hidden throughout the site. Not only would this make the site interesting and also encouraging the viewer to look at all the pages within the site, and so increasing traffic and decreasing the bounce rate. Our brief from Wendy was that she wanted a website that reflected her personality and business and incorporated highly ‘Belle’ within the site. Our first design submission didn’t cut the mustard and Wendy felt didn’t reflect the image she was after, so we totally changed everything and created something a little more unusual than we usually do. So, putting together the rest of the site and design was a pleasure for us.
After the launch of the site, we tested and checked that everything is running fluidly across all media devices.
